OpenAI launched a small-business program on July 21 offering virtual training, in-person AI academies in the US, and workflow guides for accounting, marketing and ecommerce use cases, aimed at a segment that’s adopted generative AI more slowly than large enterprises. Alongside it, OpenAI said ChatGPT Work and Codex have reached 10 million users combined.
