Cline v4.0.3, released June 29, removes the feature flag that previously gated access to the ClinePass provider, enabling all users to access the integrated billing layer for model calls without special configuration. The prior v4.0.1 hotfix had rolled back the broader v4.0.0 SDK migration; this release continues stabilising the v4 branch without reopening that architecture change.
